Open Access

Aims and Scope

The Journal of Clinical and Experimental Epidemiology Research is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the science and practice of epidemiology through the dissemination of high-quality research in both clinical and experimental domains. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, clinicians, public health professionals, and policy makers to explore and address critical issues in population health, disease prevention, risk assessment, and health outcomes.

Aims:

  • To publish original research articles, reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and methodological papers that contribute to the understanding of disease distribution and determinants in human populations.

  • To bridge the gap between clinical epidemiology and experimental research, facilitating interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration.

  • To promote the use of innovative approaches and analytical techniques in epidemiological studies.

  • To provide evidence-based insights that can inform public health policy, clinical guidelines, and health system interventions globally.

Scope: The journal welcomes submissions in, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Clinical and population-based epidemiological studies

  • Infectious and non-communicable diseases

  • Genetic and molecular epidemiology

  • Social and behavioral epidemiology

  • Environmental and occupational health epidemiology

  • Nutritional and lifestyle factors in disease prevention

  • Epidemiologic methods and biostatistics

  • Pharmacoepidemiology and vaccine studies

  • Health disparities and global health issues

  • Real-world data and evidence-based healthcare outcomes

  • Experimental models relevant to epidemiological investigations

The journal encourages the submission of interdisciplinary research that combines clinical data with experimental findings to offer novel insights into disease etiology, prevention, and management.
